I worked at the seams between product engineering and production systems: CI/CD, deploys, secrets, Kubernetes, incidents, and the developer workflows that make those systems usable.
What I walked into
A fast-moving engineering organization with large TypeScript and .NET monorepos, many delivery paths, and operational workflows that needed to become clearer, safer, and easier to repeat.
What I built
I built and maintained internal CI/CD tooling, improved CircleCI/WCI/Dagger/GitHub workflows, created deployment automation for backend, web, and internal services, migrated secrets workflows to GCP Secret Manager and External Secrets, and operated Kubernetes/GCP infrastructure with Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, and Pulumi.
Representative impact
I built oncall-bot, an AI-assisted incident workflow for root-cause analysis and remediation. It helped turn 40 separate infrastructure issues into focused remediation PRs in one week.
Why it mattered
The common theme was removing friction so engineers could spend more time delivering product value and less time fighting builds, deploys, credentials, and production process.
