What I walked into
Infrastructure practices were loose and needed clearer standards, reusable modules, and safer delivery paths.
What I built
I created AWS infrastructure through Terraform, built modular CI/CD pipelines that enabled developers to ship their own Terraform, and created reusable modules to express company standards.
Why it mattered
The work gave developers a clearer path to ship infrastructure changes without every change becoming bespoke platform work.
Context
The company ran out of funding shortly after I joined, so the role was brief but focused on bringing order to infrastructure quickly.
